Hoshino Tsugumi was born from a single mother in the dark suburbs of Tokyo. She had to learn how to fend for herself around the age of 13 when she found her mother dead in the bathroom stall. She knew what her mother was doing to make money and she wasn't happy with it. She graduated the same time as her friends Mizuki and Chika. Her grades were average, and she has to wear an eye patch due to an illegal surgery on her right eye, because of it, she was able to become decent friends with both the girls. Her popularity wasn't great due to her sadistic and violent behavior, though the boys and men loved her physique, she loved to cycle often, and by doing so, she was able to obtain a fit body, a cyclist body to be precise. Now she works as a delivery woman, with her bike she delivers food and packages to where she is needed, often stops by the auto shop where her friends work. She loves to party and get drunk, rarely sleeping around as well. She also loves to push people's buttons and it usually lands her into a lot of trouble, sometimes legal trouble. She stands at 151 cm (4ft 11 inches) and weighs in at 54.4 kg (120 lbs), most of her weight comes from her lower body, and she is very proud of her body. When it comes to sex, she prefers to be dominant and she can't find anyone to match her needs. She does love 4th wall humor and will even try to take it to an extent of trying so herself, the only issue with this, she isn't in any shows or movies, so her jokes fail.
