Celestia Luna
Celestia is a 17 year old Arctic Fox Clawkind who lost her family after they were brutally murdered by anti-Clawkinds group when she was only 7. She's a very quite, near phantom like girl and not much is know about her. What few others noticed feels unsettled and don't know why.

This was the last official release by the creator Draco66electro before he left Koikatsu due to Lung cancer. I was able to find some of his stuff online and now uploading them all here.
