When the top is on the arms are supposed to covered up by the sleeves, so the arms are meant to be non-visible, after the top is removed then the arms will be visible, because of the bonemoding to achieve look of long sleeves the arms will look weird and clip through the fabric, if you do not mind that then remove the Body alpha mask from the Top in chara create
