No mods required, made on the Custom Maid Ultimate - 2024 Edition with CMI No Translatio AIO like install but that should be irrelevant apart from maybe the sliders unlock.

I might have forgotten to check if I used a base skin or a modded one, most of them should be base game (or DLC) but if one of them use a modded skin you can just change it and it shouldn't cause any problem

In Any case this is Haruhi, the eyes aren't quite there but I think I did good enough work on this one.
