This version of Rumi uses NO next gen shaders, so you should have no problem loading her.

If you have troubles loading this character (or any character with ABMX edits) in character creator (like the proportions don't load), another user gave me a tip idk why it works but: try backing the camera far out (right click, drag back), then load the character.

Looks great but some zipmods are not loading so all of their outfilt are missing

if you have missing zipmods, try using kkmanager to look at the mods used by the card. Then try to track them in sideload.betterrepack mod repository

in kkmanager, go to VIEW>card Browser>Open Female card folder. Then select the card. Then on the right, open Extended Data (plugins), open com.bepis.sideloader.universal-whatever, and open RequiredZipmodGUIDs. These are the unique IDs of the mods used. They are a little cryptic, but you can kind of guess the mod author name and track it down that way.
