Used 達人級とは言えません職人's Nagisa NGS 2.0 as base and attempted to recreate my preferred Nilou. I am not looking for exact look to the anime genshin but a more realistic look of how nilou might look like if she's like 3D or real life. Took me donkey years to coordinate her clothing but gave up on her shoulder cloth. so tried something that still gives her the same feel.
