Hair is named "Nina T8", I don't know its source, but given the thumbnail is that "do not use, please load card" I'm assuming it's from some head-mod.

If the hair doesn't load for you because you don't have it, you can swap it out for another hair, but just beware I had to edit bones to place this hair, and if you swap it the bones will remain edited and you'll have a weirdly-scaled hair.

To set it to default, open up "Advanced Bonemod Window" (bottom-right circle-button-toggle), then (1)search "N_j_hair" and reset the values to either 1.0x scale or 0.00 position (click the button '0' on the right and it'll do it for you), then (2) search "hair_r" do the same as step (1)
