This card using Next-gen shader, so you have to use Graphics mod in order to make it looks right (make sure to turn on SSS in the settings). I used couple deformers, to set her teeth a bit higher and make her cheekbones a bit smaller. So expect some inconveniences, they can cause. You can always remove deformers, anyway. Tattoo and some of the skin details are taken from the Pathos card.
