Shimomura Rumi is a very outgoing girl who is somewhat into sports. Trading in her mental abilities for physical abilities, Rumi can sometimes come off as a bit dumb. Sometimes she even forgets to completely dress herself but hasn't noticed as she is focused on socializing.
