Prince Seiker aka "Chung" is from an early 2000's MMO game called Elsword by KOG Games. Made for my friend who is a certified femboy enjoyer. Those who don't know Chung he is a reserved well spoken kind pure hearted boy who was and is often teased about his feminine looks. Oh also is one of the people who is on a quest to help save the world. Pretty much that summed up.
