Uesugi Ritsuko
A local timid girl who is a superhero fan. In fact, she admires one superhero, Midnight Biker, so much, that at evening she is often seen wearing cosplay of him and acting out as a "hero of justice", often successfully despite being normally pretty weak. Rumour is she is rapidly running out of money to buy new merch, so she might get more desperate in trying to acquire them. Also she might have special approach to girls of sorts.
