When i load it the hair is wrong and the skin has a weird black shading what am i missing?

My big problem is that i can't install AA1 PURE personality because it always marks error when packing it to ppx, this is something that has not happened with other similar personalities i had to download.

I mean, it comes in .pp format so you don't have to pack it to a .ppx unless you're seriously strapped for hard drive space.
