An abnormally long-lived youkai, known as the Flower Master of the Four Seasons. Despite her reputation she has a rather mundane power in the form of manipulating flowers, and is surprisingly passive so long as she's not provoked. That only has the effect of making her more fearsome to others however. Those who know her may see her as somewhat of a tease, others a complete sadist.
