Maker May 21: Inspired by Hue Pastel's fashion sense, Neon Flurescent donned the bright and eye strain colors. He bought contact lenses to make his eyes look like different colors and spray painted his body to have green strands. Neon is a rebellious person, constantly going against everything and will do whatever he pleases to get what he wants. Ironically enough, he also can be blackmailed pretty easily and forced to have some embarrassing body paints.
